Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: Upon placing your booking with us you have entered a contract with ourselves (Balloony.Co) Please note, by our booking and cancellation policy any booking deposit paid are non-refundable (except In instances where you move the date of your booking any payments paid will be transferred to your new booking date). Provided you give allow at least 3 days notice you will not be charged if you need to cancel your booking. We will refund any payments received less your booking deposit. If you decide to cancel with less than 3 days notice the full fee will be charged, non-payment of this will result in your details being passed to a debt recovery agency.

Please note all event bookings with us (Balloony.Co) requires 100% pre-payment.

We will cancel your booking if we do not receive the full payment at least 24 hours before your booked event.
